Sorry, but could you explain why this is not a bug? I'm not an expert in OpenWrt/LEDE development, but shouldn't every selectable option sucessfully build? And if it depends on some other options *not* being set in order to build successfully, isn't that what "depends on !OTHER_OPTION" is used for? At least that's my understanding from my little experience with the Linux kernel.
