[FS#201] lantiq: polarssl-cyassl package conflict

Details - I'm attaching my .config file for easier reproduction.
I wish there was an easy way to choose either polarssl or cyassl and only use/link one of the two. As is is now, it appears I have to use both.

Collected errors:
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package libustream-polarssl wants to install file /lede-source/build_dir/target-mips_24kc_musl-1.1.15/root-lantiq/lib/libustream-ssl.so
	But that file is already provided by package  * libustream-cyassl
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package libustream-polarssl.
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package busybox wants to install file /lede-source/build_dir/target-mips_24kc_musl-1.1.15/root-lantiq/usr/bin/traceroute6
	But that file is already provided by package  * iputils-traceroute6
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package busybox.
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package libustream-polarssl wants to install file /lede-source/build_dir/target-mips_24kc_musl-1.1.15/root-lantiq/lib/libustream-ssl.so
	But that file is already provided by package  * libustream-cyassl
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package luci-ssl.
