[FS#270] The interfaces doesn't show ip addresses for tun interfaces linked to OpenVPN

Details - When you create an OpenVPN connection and assign it to a tun device that is then assigned to a interface, in the interfaces pages you don't see any ip address. 

All the tests are being done on LEDE trunk on a Linksys EA8500. Before, in OpenWRT CC 15.05 on a Archer C7 everything was working correctly.
