[FS#66] /proc/asound (revisit FS#54) - enable CONFIG_SND_VERBOSE_PROCFS in the kernel config

Thanks for enabling /the /proc/asound directory. That works. I can now query the contents of /proc/asound/card0. But I'm still not able to see the /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/sub0/ directory or in fact any other directory below /proc/asound/card0. My guess is something other than CONFIG_SND_PROC_FS changed between Openwrt and LEDE.

Looking through ./target/linux/generic/config-4.4 on both LEDE and OpenWRT - CONFIG_SND_VERBOSE_PROCFS is set in OpenWRT and not in LEDE. This appears to be the change rather than CONFIG_SND_PROCFS.
