I can confirm the problem.
Platform: Wallys DR531, yesterday snapshot (r985).

When I have both cables (WAN and LAN) plugged and there is some traffic, I'm getting eth1 (WAN) tx timeout just after system boot.

If only one cable (LAN or WAN) is plugged in during system start, everything seems to work just fine and I can plug second cable later, which won't cause the crash.
