tried a new git clone today, the bug with the parameter not being appended to the value is fixed but any*** change I make  on the luci web interface does not reload relayd

any change that sets these parameters:
        option expiry '30'
        option retry '5'
        option ipaddr '172.16.1.75'

also it's still not possible to automatically set the option ipaddr to whatever is assigned by dhcp. ( I know, it's not a bug :)  )
