Details -  - Device problem occurs on Linksys WRT1900ACS
 - LEDE nightly 26/12/2016
 - Steps to reproduce:
1) run opkg update
2) run opkg list
3) what happens: only the installed packages are listed.
expected: all the packages in the repository should be listed.

Reverting to release 15 of opkg resolves the problem. Culprit is probably commit 0090adcd5c94adad2168cd9b338f45827533c81d.
