FS#328 - Add in "region fix" for TP-Link routers (esp. Archer C7) to fix 18005 error

----------
We've had US and EU factory images for the Archer C7 v2 since https://git.lede-project.org/?p=source.git;a=commit;h=fa0096f6cc236e1346a344d3edf467945aa4a27e ; the forum thread you linked has no additional information on this (but it talks about DDwrt, not OpenWrt DD, maybe you mixed these up?; OpenWrt DD doesn't seem to have a fix as of now). I don't know what fix DDwrt applied, but I expect it is simlar to ours.

Note that LEDE will now generate 3 factory images for the Archer C7 v2: a "universal" one that can be flashed over non-region-coded stock firmwares, and two region-coded images (-factory-eu.bin, -factory-us.bin) for flashing over the regional stock firmwares.

Similar fixes will be applied to other devices as soon as we find out about TP-Link adding region codes to them.
