[FS#323] Add an option to include VERSION_CODE in binary filename

Details - After [[https://git.lede-project.org/?p=source.git;a=commit;h=5f3c96c28503b8a0aad1514ef144b15e670d338b|Commit 5f3c96c28503b8a0aad1514ef144b15e670d338b (build: adjust version number handling)]], the binaries have no mention of the revision number (or revision code) in the filename, which makes it harder than necessary to keep track of things.

It would be nice to add a build option to include VERSION_CODE in the filename, rather than VERSION as it is now (VERSION simply defaults to "CURRENT").
