the problem is that due to kernel bloat, rfkill was turned into a FEATURE flag. mt7621 does not select this to avoid it creeping into default builds. we already discussed this and are considering to add empty stubs for rfkill if it is not explicitly selected so that drivers that have a hard dep on the feature will build regardless.
