If this distribution is meant to target German users only/mainly this should be mentioned in the disclaimer clearly. The project rule #12 (be nice to each other) doesn't define 'each other' as being from German descent only.

If we know no (reasonable) setup of PPPoE without ATM bridge there should be a dependency established between br2684ctl and ppp-mod-pppoe and/or kmod-pppoe. So all the German users will be happy without beeing a burden to the rest of the world.

Can anybody explain to me why there needs to be an dependency between br2684ctl and kmod-ltq-atm-vr9 ? If not, please reopen this task to rework the dependencies and unbundle br2684.ko in a separate package.

If I find some more freetime I will try to contribute on this.
