i can confirm that, it's the same on my WDR4900, especially on 5GHz (AR9580)

so i get ~20Mbit/s throughput and the tx-rate is always stuck below 50MBit/s - but i get ~100Mbit/s (tx rate 150) _without_ those patches (325-328)
