Oh, thats not exactly what I meant, let me link you to my working repository:

I was referring to the code in mvebu/image/Makefile where I use $(BIN_DIR)/u-boot.mmc for my downstream u-boot.
Lede probably wont leak to take that downstream u-boot, so my question was referring to the mainline u-boot already built by lede. This way merging the sdcard image code will not have to depend on merging a downstream u-boot fork.
