[PATCH 0/2] RISC-V: KVM: Allow Zicclsm, Ziccamoa, Ziccif, Za64rs in guest

Extend the KVM ISA extension array to allow KVM userspace to
detect Zicclsm, Ziccamoa, Ziccif, Za64rs.

This is just notifying of hardware provided capabilities.
No KVM specific support is needed.

Add the extensions to the get-reg-list test.
