[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: update kdump reviewer email address

Hi,

I did not have much time for patch reviewing previously,  but I think
I will take a break soon. Hopefully, I can find some time to review
patches.  If I cannot make it after some time I will send a patch to
remove myself.
