[PATCH] kexec: Use atomic_try_cmpxchg_acquire() in kexec_trylock()

Seems it can simplify code even though on non-x86 arch, should we
replace atomic_try_cmpxchg_acquire() with atomic_try_cmpxchg_acquire()
in all similar places?
