[PATCH] kexec: use _DEFAULT_SOURCE instead to remove compiling warning

Now compiling will print warning like below. Change code as it suggested.
 # warning "_BSD_SOURCE and _SVID_SOURCE are deprecated, use _DEFAULT_SOURCE"
