[PATCH 4/4] kexec: Add crash_save_vmcsinfo to update VMCSINFO

[zhangyanfei]

crash_save_vmcsinfo updates the VMCSINFO when kernel crashes.
If no VMCSINFO has been saved before, this function will do nothing.
