[PATCH v2 0/4] nl80211: Station reads on kernels that do not filter the station dump

Station reads (i802_read_sta_data(), nl80211_get_link_signal()) use a
NL80211_CMD_GET_STATION dump with NL80211_ATTR_MAC and
NL80211_ATTR_STA_DUMP_LINK_STATS. A kernel without the latter ignores
NL80211_ATTR_MAC in a dump and returns every STA of the interface, and the
dump lists only the STAs of that interface.

Changes in v2:
- 3, 4 (new): a STA that dynamic VLAN bound to an AP_VLAN interface is not
  in the dump of the AP interface, so its statistics read zero and its
  inactive time 0: the inactivity check never removed it and RADIUS
  accounting reported no traffic for it. Read it with a non-dump get when
  the dump does not have it. 4 fails on such a kernel (7.2) without 3.
- 1, 2: unchanged.
