[PATCH 0/3] NAN: Forward pairing and NIRA parameters in discovery and pairing notifications

This patch series forwards NAN pairing capabilities, bootstrapping methods,
and NIRA (NAN Identity Resolution Attribute) nonce/tag to upper-layer
notification callbacks during service discovery and PASN pairing requests:

1. Ensure the discovered peer is added to the NAN module (wpa_s->nan) inside
   wpas_nan_de_discovery_result() prior to querying peer pairing configuration
   (since nan_de_rx_sdf() invokes the discovery_result callback synchronously
   before wpas_nan_de_rx_sdf() calls nan_add_peer()).
2. Query peer pairing capabilities, bootstrapping methods, and NIRA nonce/tag
   in wpas_nan_de_discovery_result() (with fallback defaults when wpa_s->nan
   is NULL, e.g., during USD on p2p0) and pass them to
   wpas_notify_nan_discovery_result().
3. Forward the peer's NIRA nonce and tag in wpas_nan_pasn_pairing_request_cb()
   to wpas_notify_nan_pairing_request().
