[RFC 0/8] Introduce S1G Support

I am just bumping this thread now as our driver is waiting to be
pulled by Johannes [1] so the next logical step is hostapd support.
Unfortunately this patchset is not only big but touches many core
components to handle the fact that S1G channels are represented in MHz
and require a freq_offset component. The kernel went through a similar
transition years ago [2].

Admitedly this set is quite large and so it would be good to get your
opinion on how best we can work to integrate S1G support (and the wider
community of course :)). This set adds *everything* such that it can
support AP + STA and this was done based on your comment [3] from a
previous submission a few years ago - though it has been a few years
since then. We are more then happy to discuss the best way to approach
this and reduce the chance of regression for regular Wi-Fi.
