AP doesn't work at 5 GHz after upgrading hostapd from 2.10 to 2.11

I'm afraid I do not. Can you describe these means in more detail? The 
only Wi-Fi cards that can work in the 5 GHz band that I have are 
embedded into these two Android smartphones. AFAIK, Android restricts 
what you can run very much.
