Only way to get this phone to successfully authenticate with my 5 GHz 802.11ac AP again will be to reboot the phone. Note that we never had any problems using all same hardware and software when hostapd was running at 5 GHz 802.11n.

That debug log seems to start with more verbosity (debug level entries
until 21:18:00), but that drops to just information level entries when
the actual connection attempt happens. As such, there is not really much
to say about that since none of the details are included.
