[PATCH 00/17] tests: some scheduling and other fixes

Hi,

So the new kernel scheduler (https://lwn.net/Articles/925371/) has
very different behaviour, causing a lot of test failures. I've been
looking at this for a while, and this fixes a number of the ones
that are really in the tests.

There's one patch in here for wpa_s because the tests would do an
update on scan_freq and again due to scheduling differences that
could cause failures, but really that update shouldn't disconnect
anyway.
