wpa_supplicant 802.1X fallback to unauthorized network access

Hello,


I see a feature in windows 7  802.1X settings where we can "Fallback
to unauthroized network access".


It means that if 802.1X is not enabled on the switch then it will
still be able to connect to network.


Can I acheieve something similar with wpa_supplicant, what config i need to do?


Can i specify a timeout for this..?
