[PATCHv3 1/3] DPP: move DPP_EVENT_AUTH_SUCCESS to a helper

Thanks, applied all three with some changes. Most of that is
implementation specific, but I did not want to introduce additional
OpenSSL specific code at this point, so the actual hash values might be
different since I changed dpp_get_pubkey_hash() to use the (now)
existing crypto_ec_key_get_pubkey_point() function.
