Running hostapd on Pi 4, slow to connect, many associated/disassociated messages

Thanks Jan, that's useful to check if my settings seem sensible.

Moving the Raspberry Pi to a less crowded (in the WiFi sense) area
seems to have sorted things completely.  I get almost instantaneous
connections now.
