It looks like there is sufficient support for doing this in the EMU WG.
Based on that, I pushed changes in hostap.git to move to using
EAP-FAST-MSCHAPv2 instead of EAP-MSCHAPv2 within the EAP-TEAP tunnel.
The changes look quite different compared to this patch, but the outcome
is same.
