I'm not convinced those channels should really have been enabled in
wireless-regdb and that change was later reverted. The TX power limits
on those channels are so small and the risk of misuse is significant, so
I don't think this is really the correct direction.. Regardless, with
the wireless-regdb commit having been rejected, this hostap.git change
does not seem to be needed now and I'd much rather keep that in place to
find any unintentional regression in this area.
