list of current features in 2.10-devel

Good morning,

I’m working with a fairly recent version of 2.10-devel. (hostap-cc6153a8a4555407562a4200f298554e6a27eea1, 2020-07-16).

Is there, perhaps, a list of changes applied relative to release 2.9 ?
New features, enhanced features, removed features, CVEs incorporated, bug fixes so forth and so on.
