DN checks and CRL/Certificates dynamic updates

Hello,

I am just curious if anyone has looked into adding DN filtering
similar to Freeradius Server or being able to update the CRL without
restarting hostapd.  I'm trying to evaluate which of my two options of
modifying hostapd to add the features or switching to Freeradius
Server and applying a patch in their git pull requests for CA path
reload is the better path forward.
