Algorithm for band selection

Hi,

Could you please answers the following questions regarding wpa_supplicant?

* Could you point out what function in Wpa Supplicant code is
responsible for selecting AP when there are a few APs with the same
SSID and when BSSID is not specified
* Is Ap with 5.0 Ghz preferred over 2.4 Ghz?
* When AP supports both 5.0 and 2.4 Ghz is it always presented as a
separate BSS, with different BSSID?
