Regarding the P2P configuration file

Thanks for your reply. Sorry but this is not related to Invitation or Persistent.

This is the case of group negotiation where I want to become a GO or CLI in channel other than in which my STA(1st interface) is connected.
For the same reason I am adding p2p_ignore_shared_freq to my .conf file.

But if I force the freq=2437 then the GO is coming up in channel 6.

I do not want to force any channel as operating channel but also come up in the channel other than my STA's channel.

Thanks,
Shrishail

Try adding logic similar to the one introduced in http://w1.fi/gitweb/gitweb.cgi?p=hostap.git;a=commit;h=d0f61a4beafd7b33ae93eeb70c33a7c330924faf
to wpas_p2p_connect (to clear the pref_freq).

Ilan.
