  It would be nice to send a NAS-Identifier.  The NAS-IP-Address is often a "private" IP that doesn't make it across proxies.

  A NAS MUST send either NAS-IP-Address, or NAS-IPv6-Address, or NAS-Identifier in an Accounting-Request packet.
