Can supplicant do VHT on 2.4Ghz?

I had some email server issues, so this is a bit old.

The fix was to change some restrictions in the kernel, but probably
I need a -v2 of that patch to keep VHT disabled in the 5Ghz band
doesn't support 80Mhz widths...
