Thanks, applied with some fixes (some of the parsing routines looked
suspicious on not verifying buffer bounds correctly) and cleanup.

Please note that I modified the new RRM-NEIGHBOR-REP-RECEIVED format to
provide parsed values of the Neighbor Report element header instead of
the nr=<hex> dump so that the output is a bit more convenient to use.
