Vendor-specific attributes

Years ago there was a thread about eapol_test and vendor specific attributes:

As this topic comes back to me theses days and I did not find any information about that:
Has this patch been integrated? How would I pass an attribute from 
freeradius' dictionary.siemens (e.g. Siemens-SSID) to eapol_test?
