[PATCH 0/4] Add support for creating a new AP interface

Some devices support only a single station interface. Trying to
create a new AP interface through the wpa_supplicant would fail
on such devices, as the new interface is always created and
setup as a station interface before changing it to an AP interface.

This patch set adds the support for creating a new AP interface
without first setting up a station interface.
