Deny Connection to an station

Does the station in question already have the passphrase or PSK for this
network? If not, this could be done by not authorizing it to get it
(e.g., not issuing WPS commands when it tries to connect). If the
station already has the passphrase/PSK, there is currently no mechanism
for preventing connection apart from tearing down the GO and starting a
new group with a different passphrase.
