Can Single WPA_SUPPLICANT supports GO + GO (2 GO roles) simultaniously on Single chip in two different bands (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz) ??

Yes, you can start as many P2P groups as the driver supports (e.g.,
issue two P2P_GROUP_ADD commands).
