Compiling on Windows

Hello,

Thanks for making awesome software.

I am trying to create an unauthenticated wap on one my windows machines
and the built in tool for windows (netsh) requires me to set a password
and use wpa. So I turned to hostapd. It appears that hostapd can be
built for windows, but attempting to do so thru cygwin has met with many
problems.

Is it possible to do this? I have poured many hours into this, and I
just wanted to ask in case it is not possible.
