Setting of WMM-PS (UAPSD) parameters from supplicant in STA mode

Hello,
Wpa_cli command has SET uapsd option to set uapsd for various AC.
Unfortunately I? could not find how these get down to cfg80211/mac80211 using NL80211 driver.
I? can see that these are copied to params.uapsd and is calling .associate which maps to wpa_driver_nl80211_associate
But I could not find that these get down to the cfg80211/mac80211 in NL80211_CMD_ASSOCIATE command.
Am I? missing something?
The kernel driver registers with mac80211 to enable all ACs as uapsd but then we are not able to control which one to be enabled for UAPSD and which one to be kept legacy.
Specifically according to WFA WMM-PS test plan (test 5.8)  we need to modify certain ACs to be uapsd and others legacy..
How can we do that?
