Thanks. Applied with some reordering and changes to avoid the new hwsim
test cases from triggering failures. It turned out that these were
hitting a mac80211 warning when the VLAN AP interface goes down. That
warning will be removed from future kernel versions, but anyway, it is
better for hostapd to make sure the kernel STA entry gets removed prior
to removing the VLAN interface.
