Hi Jouni,
You can drop this patch. I believe it was a hold-over from before we
added is_mesh_interface(), and no codepath that I can see needs it.
I dropped it from my last working branch and tests still pass.
Regardless of the above change, I'm seeing test failures on the current
mesh branch. That is:
