ignore_broadcast_ssid

Hallo,

I have a problem with hostapd and I can't find the reason. My client, for
whom I have to set up hostapd, wants that the SSID is not broadcasted. So I
set ignore_broadcast_ssid to 1, but the SSID still shows up. I think, that
this option does not work.

Here is my hostapd.conf:

interface=wlan0
driver=rtl871xdrv
ssid=XXXXXX
ignore_broadcast_ssid=1
channel=1
wmm_enabled=0
wpa=2
wpa_passphrase=XXXXXX
wpa_key_mgmt=WPA-PSK

macaddr_acl=0
