[PATCH v2 01/10] mesh: Add mesh interface creation command for mesh gate

Thanks. I applied patches 2-7 and 10 now. Patches 1, 8, and 9 are in the
temporary mesh branch for some additional review. It looked like
something in these changes caused at least one hwsim test case to result
in wpa_supplicant crash.
