Regarding OSEN Support

Hi Jouni,
I was trying to test the OSEN Support for Passpoint 2.0. Sadly I have a
problem to connect to the AP. The logs indicate that the packets fail at
the driver as below:
nl80211: MLME command failed: reason=3 ret=-22 (Invalid argument)
Could you pls let me know whether OSEN Support is also needed in the driver?
