3 patches fixing Hotspot 2.0 with EAP SIM encryption

Hi,

Please find attached 3 patches fixing bugs regarding Hotspot 2.0 with EAP SIM encryption.


*        Patch 1: Fix an issue of compile flag.

*        Patch 2: Initialize scard when ANQP fetch is asking for ANQP_3GPP_CELLULAR_NETWORK.

*        Patch 3: read IMSI when comparing ANQP responses with credential.

Could you please review them ?
