Almost missed this note now that I was about to get back to these
changes.. I dropped the 24+14 patches now, so please re-post when ready.

If the second set depends on the first one, it will likely be more
convenient to only re-post the first set and then wait with the second
one until the P2P regulatory changes are in. I need to review these from
regulatory rule/interpretation view point before being able to enable
new cases for initiating transmission on a new channel.
