This is problematic because of the nl80211 changes on the kernel side. I
don't think that the design used there is suitable, so I've dropped this
patch 1 for now until the kernel interface discussion gets completed. As
far as I can tell, the interface change won't work with existing user
space components.

I applied the other four patches.

By the way, "git am" does not include this because of the comment above,
i.e., S-o-b: should be before any comments that do not belong to the
actual commit message.
